The Customer Success Manager role: 
As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing this mission to life by helping educators unlock the full potential of LoveHeart’s platform. You’ll guide them through enhancing their teaching practice, ensuring they feel supported and inspired every step of the way. From onboarding to ongoing support, you’ll be a trusted advisor and a friendly face that makes a real difference in their daily work. 


What We're Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. Ideally, you’ll have experience in early childhood education or customer success, with a strong interest in supporting educators and helping them grow. You should be a hands-on builder who can think strategically and execute effectively, turning ideas into meaningful outcomes. Integrity and accountability are essential— you’ll need to stay organised, meet your commitments, and be proactive in setting expectations. We provide context but trust you to find creative solutions, experiment, and adapt quickly when needed. If you thrive in a culture of ownership, transparency, and making a real impact, you’ll fit right in.



This is a full-time position, and while you’ll primarily work from home, we believe in staying connected through regular in-person catch-ups.
